Mountain Lion is great for very recent Macs – but some compatible machines don’t support all of Mountain Lion’s features – such as AirPlay Mirroring! Fortunately, there’s an app for that – AirParrot offers mirroring with or without official Mountain Lion support!
AirParrot was offering the ability to mirror your Mac to your Apple TV before the name “Mountain Lion” was ever uttered outside of Apple. and it actually works fairly well (although it does lag a bit)! The app only costs $10, and a free 20-minute demo version is available to make sure it’ll work as you expect before buying.
