Joy of Tech: Secrets From the Apple Store Employee Rule Book

Apple has been taking some heat lately, with coverage of Apple’s “retailing woes” and Cupertino’s actions to correct any perceived problems. Now Joy of Tech gives us their take on the Apple Store and its “Employee Rule Book”.

As a former Apple Store employee, I can neither confirm or deny that rules #’s 3, 5, 6, & 7 are true. Rule 8 is to be filed under “DUH!”
