Continuing their agressive international expansion, and their increasing focus on the Asian market, Apple has launched their iTunes Store for movies and music in twelve additional Asian countries.

Apple® today announced the launch of the iTunes Store® in Hong Kong, Singapore, Taiwan and nine additional countries in Asia featuring an incredible selection of local and international music from all the major labels and thousands of independent labels.
The full list of countries included in the launch includes: Hong Kong, Singapore, Taiwan, Brunei, Cambodia, Laos, Macau, Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand, Sri Lanka and Vietnam. Users in those countries now have access to Apple’s library of apps, movies, and music. iTunes Match and iTunes in the Cloud are also included in the launch.
