A concept created by Italian designer Tommaso Gecchelin reveals what a Macbook would look like in 2020, with a completely wireless setup as well as a holographic screen and the ability to scan any object into the computer to create a holographic version. It would also advanced nano materials and be the first ‘molecularly manufactured laptop’.
While this would be awesome, I highly doubt that such technological advances will be made so quickly – just compare a 2004 iMac or iBook, they’re relatively similar technology wise to today’s computers, even though the latter are clearly a lot faster. You can check out more pictures of the concept on Gecchelin’s blog here.
