The iPad is an extremely popular product, but just what sort of person is the typical iPad purchaser? Market research firm BlueKai pulled out a bit of research to find out, and the results don’t seem that surprising (at least to me).
As it turns out, a typical iPad buyer is male, enjoys playing video games, and owns a pet. Scientists, travelers also tend to buy more iPads than the rest of society, and iPad owners tend to take vitamins and buy organic food. Also unsurprising: tablet owners in general tend to come from household that make a least $100,000.
