Following an earlier ruling in February, WSJ reports that a German court has decided to uphold a ban against Apple over iCloud and MobileMe push e-mail services on the basis that it infringes patents held by Motorola.
iCloud and MobileMe push email services have been disabled since the original ruling was handed down, with Apple so far having no success in appealing the injunction. The court also ordered Apple to pay an unspecified amount in damages to Motorola.
Unfortunately, it looks like German iCloud and MobileMe users will continue to be without push email unless Apple is able to overturn the ban through further legal proceedings.
