Following the success of Sparrow for Mac, the highly anticipated Sparrow for iPhone has been released to the App Store, promising a unique and significantly enhanced email experience. Among Sparrow’s most notable features are message threading, better support for Gmail tagging, improved search, better contact integration, and more.
Sparrow is an iPhone mail client designed with love to provide you with an efficient and pleasant mailing experience. With its pane navigation, its new threading system and many new features, you’ll never look back.
The developers do caution, however, that the client does not yet support POP-based mail accounts, although they expect to add that feature in the near future. The app also doesn’t currently support push notifications or integrate with iCloud (for account syncing). However, if you’re looking for a new way to experience email on your iOS device, Sparrow is definitely worth a try, and will likely be significantly improved in the future.
