If you want quick access to your dictionary when typing all you need to do is select a word and press Command + Control + D on your keyboard as shown below:
Upon successful entry you will be presented with the meaning and pronunciation of the word in question as shown below:
This same tip also works without highlighting the word. When typing, and before hitting the spacebar simply press the keyboard shortcut and the dictionary meaning will be presented.
Right clicking will also present the option to ‘look up’ the meaning of the word in question.
