Apple’s Smart Cover for the iPad 2 is a pretty neat idea, and does a great job protecting the iPad’s display…but what about the iPhone? CultofMac points out a new Kickstarter project called TidyTilt that can answer the call – ant it’s already received enough funding to be built!
The TidyTilt is very similar to the iPad 2 Smart Cover, except that it’s much more ingenious – besides acting as a kickstand, it also provides a storage nook for your earbuds, and can stick to any magnetic surface, such as a fridge or whiteboard.
TidyTilt is a joint project from two Chicago design students, Zahra Tashakorinia and Derek Tarnow, and if you think this idea is even remotely interesting, I’d encourage to to make a pledge. A $19 pledge guarantees you a TidyTilt in the color of your choice.
Check out the below clip to see TidyTilt in action, and head on over to Kickstarter for more information, or to make a pledge.
