As Apple’s competitors continue to struggle in competing against the iPad, The Loop reports that a new study from the Software Usability Research Laboratory suggests that Apple continues to satisfy an overwhelming majority of purchasers.
According to the study, 83.65 percent of those surveyed responded that they were satisfied with the device, with 93% reporting that the iPad was very user-friendly.
The survey also collected data on what particular features of the iPad consumers liked, with many respondents noting the large number of available apps, ease of use and large screen size, while the inability to use Adobe Flash based content was among the chief complaints.
What’s also interesting is that the survey revealed that nearly half of all iPad users (46%) download between 20 and 60 apps, and 17% of users download over 80 apps to their device.
All in all, Apple seems to be pleasing their customers with the iPad, with relatively few resounding complaints and a very high overall satisfaction rate in every study I’ve seen.
Way to kick some butt, iPad. I love you.
