I had a customer ask ‘how do I log in to my iTunes account, I have forgotten my password and I forget what username and email address I used’?
If this sounds familiar you may be pleased to know that there is at least one solution to help you.
So where do you find your iTunes username when you have forgotten it?
Simply open iTunes and go to any content which you know you purchased on the account you are trying to access.
Select the purchased content and then click Command + I on your keyboard or File > Get Info in the menu bar.
The window which pops up should take you to the ‘summary’ tab. When you look down towards the middle of the window you will notice Account Name as highlighted below.
Now you have located your account name you can simply request for a new password and provided you still have access to the email address or can remember your secret questions then you should be able to access your content without further problems.
