The 32GB iPhone 4 is no longer offered, and has instead been replaced with a cheaper 8GB model. So in reality, this is basically Best Buy’s way of clearing out their inventory.
Still, whichever way you spin it, snapping up two 32GB iPhone 4s for $199 is a pretty awesome deal (even if you do have to sign a 2-year contract for both devices), but it will only be available today, and only in physical best buy locations.
