Interestingly, the tweaked update is seemingly not being offered to users already running the existing version of iOS 5.0.1, suggesting that any changes included are quite minor, as any significant change would merit a release number of iOS 5.0.2 or better.
If you’ve already updated to 5.0.1, but would like to apply this tweaked update anyway, you can do so by downloading the update directly from Apple (direct link) and restoring through iTunes.
