Tim Cook Is Leaving His Own Mark On Apple

The new chief executive, 50 years old, has also been more communicative with employees than his predecessor, sending a variety of company-wide emails while addressing Apple employees as “Team,” people close to the company said.

Despite Tim Cook’s promise that Apple wouldn’t change when he took over, changes are nevertheless taking place. These changes have to take place, however – Steve Jobs and Tim Cook are different people with different ideas and management styles, and to expect Apple to remain exactly the same under his direction really doesn’t make any sense.
