Business cards can be hard to manage. Digitizing and matching them with your contacts can be a taxing a time-consuming experience. Fortunately, LinkedIn’s new CardMunch app (free, App Store Link) appears to provide a promising solution, allowing you to scan your business cards and easily create an entry in your iPhone’s address book.
There are a number of similar apps on the App Store, but the vast majority are paid options. LinkedIn’s CardMunch, however, is completely free, and in addition to allowing you to easily create address book entries for your cards, the app also automatically links the cards to LinkedIn profiles.
This version of the app replaces the previous version, which hasn’t been updated for over a year. The app looks promising, and is available now for free through the App Store (free, App Store Link).
