How the iPhone 4S Measures up in Low-Light Shots

We’ve already seen how well the iPhone 4S camera compares in video tests and macro shots, as well as the beautiful high-resolution images it can produce, but the folks at Camera+ have pointed out yet another area where the iPhone 4S excels over its predecessors – low-light shots.

The above image compares the low-light performance of the iPhone 4S with all four previous generations of the iPhone, and the results are actually extremely impressive – the new camera sensor in the iPhone 4S really is a dramatic improvement! It’s also swiftly replacing my point-and-shoot camera for day-to-day use…
