Now that Apple has let the cat out of the bag about the iPhone 4S, those of you that plan to purchase one would be well-advised to get your pre-orders in early in order to save yourself from standing in a long line on the 14th.
Pre-orders for October 14th delivery of the iPhone 4S will begin at 12:01 AM pacific time tomorrow morning, so make sure you’re ready to get your pre-order in before Apple’s pre-order units run out. The October 7th pre-order and October 14th launch dates apply to the following countries: US, Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Japan and the UK.
iPhone 4S will roll out worldwide to 22 more countries on October 28th: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Mexico, Netherlands, Norway, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland.
