The folks over at iFixit have already gotten their hands on the new 7th generation iPod nano, and have promptly ripped it apart in their usual fashion, finding no notable differences between the new model and its predecessor.
iFixit gives the new iPod nano a repairability score of just 5 out of 10, noting that a heat gun is required to remove the display, and that Apple has used a tremendous amount of glue in constructing the new model. Check out the full teardown over at iFixit.
