Most of you probably already knew that Siri could schedule meetings, call contacts, look up stocks & weather, and retrieve almost any piece of information at the sound of your voice, but did you know it can update your Twitter status? It’s true, and according to The iPhoneaddict, it’s extremely simple to do.
Using Siri to tweet is as simple as heading to Twitter in Mobile Safari, making sure your phone number is set up with Twitter (which gives you a number to text your tweets to), and asking Siri to send a text to the number provided by Twitter.
It’s not the direct Twitter integration that some might like, but it works in more or less the same way. If you set up an iPhone contact called “Twitter,” you can simply tell Siri “Send a message to Twitter saying ‘Isn’t Siri freaking awesome?'” Cool stuff!
