AT&T has put a vacation block in place for the first two weeks of October, ending on October 14th, reports BGR, the day that Apple is holding their iPhone media event. The report also suggests that iPhone 5 placeholders are already being listed in AT&T’s retail inventory.
The report goes on to say that AT&T commonly extends vacation blocks after they’re already in place. AT&T has reportedly begin listing placeholders for six new iPhone models in their internal inventory system.
