J.D. Power & Associates has announced the latest results of their semiannual smartphone consumer satisfaction reports, and once again, Apple has topped their list, making this their sixth consecutive victory in the survey.
It’s not surprising that Apple ranks highly in consumer satisfaction, especially in the smartphone category, as Apple has always had very understanding and proactive customer service for their iPhone customers, frequently granting product replacements even for consumer mistakes such as droppage.
Apple achieved a score of 838, and performed well in all factors, especially ease of use and features.
