Right in line with back-to-school season, Pad&Quill has released a new line of iPad 2 cases targeted at students. The new cases take on the appearance of an old-fashioned cloth-bound book, and are available for just $50.
We’ve reviewed several Pad&Quill’s products before, such as the Octavo and Contega iPad 2 cases, but these are a bit unique among Pad&Quill’s offerings. Pad&Quill has removed some of the bells and whistles such as the magnetic cover and the back camera slot in order to reduce the price.
The new Pad&Quill College Edition cases are durable, designed to hold up to academic rigors, and maintain a low price point to remain attractive to college students. The new cases come in several different color choices, and are available with an optional interior document pocket for $10 more.
Features of the Pad&Quill College Edition include the following:
– Classic bookbindery cloth construction
– Newly baltic birch frame
– Classic moleskin closure
– Paperback wraparound for easy viewing
Domestic shipping on all College Edition cases is available for a flat rate of just $5. For more information, or to purchase a new Pad&Quill College Edition case for just $50, head on over to Pad&Quill’s product page on the web.
