To be clear, this Sony TV is clearly not running OS X Lion, but it does appear that they’ve stolen Apple’s new Andromeda Galaxy background from OS X Lion. Shame on you, Sony.
The TV pictured is Sony’s EX621 Bravia TV (as spotted by a keen 9to5Mac reader), and looks suspiciously high an Apple display due to Sony’s “borrowing” of Apple’s image, which I’m sure they were completely unaware belonged to Apple. Right.
It’s unclear how this image ended up on the box, but it seems quite obvious that someone at Sony messed up here. Hopefully Apple doesn’t take notice – they’re knee-deep in enough lawsuits already!
