According to market analysts, Apple is looking to become more agressive with iPad 2 sales, and may ship 12-14 million iPads from July to September – an increase from the 7-9 million they shipped this quarter!
The third quarter is often the peak season for the IT world, and with Apple recovering from the iPad 2’s supply constraints, It’s not surprising at all to me to see this estimate significantly increased. Apple has reportedly been stockpiling components in a big way to prepare for the third-quarter demand.
