Hipstamatic is probably the best vintage photo app available and was allegedly based on a plastic camera from the eighties with interchangeable lenses. The story of a “real” Hipstamatic may have been a clever marketing ploy which means your iPhone is as real a Hipstamatic camera as it gets – but now it can look even more real with this Hipstamatic case as reported on LifeInLofi last week.
The HipstaCase is being developed by Hipstamatic in partnership with Agent18 and will be available from Agent18.com and the HipstaMart from the 5th of May.
The case will fit both the iPhone 4 and the iPod Touch 4G and comes with a lanyard and a universal tripod adaptor, and the three piece package will retail for $39.99 (the tripod pictured is not included, but it’s a GorillaPod if you were wondering – highly recommended also!)
Like Marty of LifInLofi, I’m not ordinarily a fan of cases for the iPhone – but between the functional aspects of this case and the fact that I’m such a Hipstamatic fan, this is one I would want!
