The upcoming Dream:scape is the second iOS game (first one was Infinity Blade) to use Unreal Engine. This is a mystery game with over 30 acres of in-game explorable landscape interiors, great graphics and an interesting story.
We don’t know much about Dream:scape more than what is shown in the video above but in a comment on the developers YouTube channel we discover that:
The player takes on the persona of a coma patient unlocking his past by exploring the dreamscape of his memories. As the player explores the huge open world, memories are unlocked. These are represented by cut-scenes, featuring audible dialog, and diary entries, which the player reads in-game via a 3-D representation of a leather-bound book. The player must determine which areas to explore so as to find and unlock the story.
The game is currently in review with Apple and if no speed bumps appear, it should be available for us all in App Store shortly.
If you haven’t played the first game developed with Unreal Engine, Infinity Blade
