Apple has added a few interesting new delivery options for those that shop online at the UK Apple Store. You will still be able to get free delivery on items over £80 but you can now avail of a number of delivery add-ons that will result in a more convenient delivery time for you.
If you wish to expedite your delivery, you can pay out £5 for a 1-3 day delivery. If you’re an early riser you can pay £15 to receive your delivery before 9AM. The most expensive add-on is for a Saturday delivery. That will set you back £20.
£20 seems a bit excessive for a Saturday delivery. A better, more economical, option may be to collect your delivery at the depot rather than part with £20.
We’re only seeing these add-ons in the UK store. We haven’t noticed any changes to the US delivery options, or any other international changes.
