According to Jeremy Horwitz, Editor-in-Chief over at iLounge, there may be some very interesting developments concerning features and attributes of the upcoming iPad 2. Those features may include a carbon fiber casing, Near-Field Communication Technology, and RFID. Horwitz’s article also mentions the possibility of a 7″ iPad being in the works.
Along with Horwitz, I also recommending taking this (and all post-release speculation) with a grain of salt. After all, rumors are just rumors until the official announcement is made. As for me, I await the iPad 2 with the eagerness of a young child on Christmas morning.
