BBC iPlayer iPad App Feedback From Our Followers

According to The Next Web, the BBC’s iPlayer App for the iPad was downloaded 55,000 times in the first 24 hours of its release.

We asked our Twitter followers about their experiences with the iPlayer and the results were positive, for the most part. An increase in stream quality with reduced lagging, an impressive design with great content / user interaction, and better performance than the browser version are the highlights of the positives.

The inability to playback content while using a 3G network and an offline mode are two negatives that our followers highlighted.

Download the iPlayer from iTunes.
