Wallpaper Weekend is a post series intended to bring you stunning, high quality wallpapers for your iPad, iPhone, and/or iPod Touch.
Immediately following the new iPad release, we are celebrating with two wallpapers created specifically for the 1536×2048 (at 264 ppi) Retina display! In addition to last week’s two Retina wallpapers, these images take advantage of every single beautiful pixel. On the first image, the splattered Apple logo sinks below a white woven background. Additionally, for the avid MacTrast reader, please enjoy the glowing MacTrast logo, which sits complacently above a patterned graphite backdrop. You really have to blow these up to see the extra detail in the textured images!
