Following Apple’s release earlier today of new iOS 5, iTunes, and iWork for iOS betas, it appears that Apple has also released new betas of OS X Lion 10.7.2, Safari 5.1.1, and the iCloud control panel to registered Mac developers.
The updates are only available to paid members of the Mac Developer Program, and are mainly being provided to developers to further refine the iCloud experience between iOS devices and Macs, and include relatively minor changes, tweaks, and optimizations that developers can use to test apps that they might be working on.
The last iCloud-related developer updates were provided just one week ago on August 12th. The increased frequency of beta releases is a strong sign that Apple is getting ready to formally open all of iClouds to the general public in the near future.
